How I help

In the Energy healing and Reiki sessions, I focus on identifying and releasing the stress or blocks that are affecting you and or your pet. I'll use a combination of techniques to shift energy, bring balance, and provide guidance based on what comes up during the session. Whether it's you or your pet, each session is unique and tailored to your needs.
