How I help

​

In the People Energy Healing & Reiki sessions, I will assess what the current stress and energy block is for you and assist you to release what you can in the booking. This can be spiritual, physical, emotional, mental, financial or something else.  I will answer any questions you may have, give any guidance received and use energy healing techniques to identify and release the root cause of the issue. The session will be guided by what comes up for you when I tune in and channel the energies.
