In the sessions participants will be guided through various exercises to release energy blockages in different parts of the body, including the hips, knees, feet, reproductive organs, urinary system, digestive system, nervous system, endocrine system, immune system, solar plexus, heart center, and various other areas.
The session concluded with a focus on clearing the aura layers and ensuring boundaries were protected.
Participants were encouraged to rest, drink water, and spend time in nature over the next 24 hours.
