This training is the foundation of your Reiki journey, designed to help you awaken your ability to channel Reiki, develop your sensitivity to energy, and confidently practice self-healing (then extend that support to friends, family… and pets).

When energy is blocked or unbalanced, it can show up as stress, discomfort, emotional heaviness, or feeling “off.” Reiki helps restore harmony, supports relaxation, and nurtures whole‑person wellbeing. 

Reiki is not limited by time or space, which is why it can also be offered from a distance.
